Ghana Explosion: Buhari Mourns.

President Muhammadu Buhari has described the twin tragedies of flooding and explosion that led to loss of several lives in Ghana as
painful and regrettable.
In his condolence message to the neighbouring West African country, President Buhari said Nigeria would stand by Ghana in its moment of grief and loss.
He commiserated with the government and people of Ghana over the flooding and fire outbreak.
Speaking to journalists, the senior special assistant on Media and Publicity to the president, Mallam Garba Shehu, said the flooding reminds leaders and governments in the West African sub-region of their responsibilities to the problem of global warming, among others.
